Week 1 EASY AS PIE, Saturday, Mar 31, 10-11am Pie Dough prep and storage, Lemon Cheesecake Fruit Tart and Savory Kale Pie
Week 2 THE UNIVERSAL MIX, Sat. April 14, 10-11am Scones, muffins, quickbreads. Buckwheat super scones and Vegan Gingerbread
Week 3 THE SMART COOKIE, Sat. April 21, 10-11 am DOUGH-SEE-DOUGH, Sat. April 28, 10-11 am Basic Bread Dough. Enriched multi grain variations, rolls, braids, loaves. Innovative sandwich spreads.
Classes are held at Verdigris Tea 135 Warren St in Hudson.
